How do I get considered for customer financing?


In order to offer customer financing, you must first be a part of our Smart Home PRO Network. To ensure that you are in our Network, please complete the application form provided on the website. We will then review your company and may ask for customer references. It’s free to join and with no obligations. Please Note: Smart Home PRO's Network is available Nationwaide.




How much does it cost to join Smart Home PRO?


Being included in our PRO Network is free, there are no signup fees and no monthly fees. That's right! You only pay a small percentage for completed jobs!




Do you offer financing for the customer's project?


We provide a platform for you that offers a number of financing options for your customers. Once you are a member of our PRO Network, we suggest you let your customers know that you offer financing and the financing promotions available.




Do you offer training on your platform services?


We offer a variety of different options to train you. We have Regional Account Managers that work with you one-on-one to help you understand our platform and how it works. Let us know what you need and we can schedule a time to work with you.




What is a payment plan?


A payment plan is one of the financing options available on our platform and it divides an expensive purchase into affordable monthly installments, giving your customers a budget and greater buying power.




Are my customers charged a fee?


No, there are no fees charged to the customer.
